We collect that information and transfer it to third-party service providers for the sole purpose of enabling you to connect with them to achieve your goals.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (see, “California-Specific Matters (effective January 1, 2020)” below), that may constitute a “sale” even though it is not so much the information we transfer to those service providers for which we receive a fee (we do not vet that information at all) as it is the means for them to be in contact with you. Children’s Privacy

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), TPC AMERICA, LLC d/b/a Taxpayers Clinic is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.

Refer a Friend

TPC AMERICA, LLC d/b/a Taxpayers Clinic may offer you the opportunity to easily notify a friend of the offer or information promoted on the site. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about a TPC AMERICA, LLC d/b/a Taxpayers Clinic site, we will ask you for your friend’s personally identifiable information, including name and email address.
